2021 Mt. Jewett Swedish Festival, Kinzua State Park, PA
August 13, 2021 - August 15, 2021
Each August enjoy the ethnic food, music and entertainment with a Swedish Flavor. This annual Festival celebrates the Swedish Heritage. This year celebrates their 50th Anniversary and will have a Swedish Smorgasbord. Smorgasbords are not to be missed!
Nearby the Kinzua Viaduct is just minutes away from one of the great wonders of the world ; the Kinzua Viaduct. When it was built in he 1800’s, it was the world’s highest and longest railroad span. Suffering disrepair, the bridge was hit by a tornado in 2003. Today, the partially restored viaduct features a platform for viewing the fallen half of the span, plus a glass window for viewing the Gorge below.
