The Scottish Jewish Tartan was designed by Heritage Experts and Rabbis. The Tartan was initiated by Rabbi Mendel Jacobs, the only Scottish born Rabbi living in Scotland. It is 100 % Shatnez free, being a non wool and linen mix. The Tartan incorporates the many aspects of the Scottish-Jewish Cultural and religious history. The Tartan has been registered with the Scottish Tartan Authority.
