Personally, this is one of my “most” favorites of the hiking hose. It is like having pillows on your feet…pillows being warm, soft and thicker. These hose are great for hiking since they add more protection padding to your feet and stretch up high to protect against ticks and low lying brambles. Composed of 85% Merino wool and Acrylic, 10% Nylon and 5% Lycra. They are made in Scotland. Machine washable, however, I hang dry mine to keep them in proper shape. A great gift option.
